1/4 medium Banana (s)
1 cup Frozen mango
1/2 cup Mixed berries
1/2 medium Pear
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
1 scoop Hemp protein powder
1/4 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled

1. Combine ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
