Add sugar to mixing bowl with ghee and mix with a stand mixer or with a wooden spoon. Crack in one egg at a time while mixer is still running. Add plain yogurt to mixture. Add bananas to mixture. Stop the mixer and add both flours. Fold them into the mixture slightly before turning on the mixer again. Add cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt and mix together.
Scrape batter into a Bundt pan or loaf pan greased with a bit of ghee. Put in the oven and set the timer for 40 minutes. When the timer goes off, take the cake out of the oven and allow it to cool. The banana bread will be slightly crispy on the edges and soft and moist on the inside.
Slice and spread with more ghee for a heavenly, wholesome treat.
