|2 container||Yoso Plain Cashew Cream Cheese|
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, add cream cheese and process for about 30 seconds to soften. Stop the machine half way through and use a rubber spatula to scrape down sides.
Add maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Process until smooth and creamy. You will need to let the mixture process for 2 or 3 minutes to allow enough time for the maple syrup to incorporate into the mixture properly, stopping the machine once or twice to use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the machine.
Refrigerate the mixture until it is firm and spreadable before using, about 1 hour.
Serve immediately or store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
