3 medium egg Egg
2 1/2 cup Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F. (or water)
1 cup Quick oats
1/4 cup Maple syrup, pure (to taste)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 tbsp Walnuts


Whisk eggs with milk and oats in a medium saucepan and set over medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until very creamy, about 15 min. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla and salt.

Divide among bowls, top with fruit and nuts.
