1 1/4 kg Pork chops, boneless, raw
1 dash Garlic salt (or to taste)
1 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
2 3/4 tbsp Fish sauce
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/3 cup, chopped Ginger root (peeled)
2 3/4 stalk(s) Green onion
3/4 cup Frozen green peas

Instructions


  1. In a bowl, make your marinade by whisking together the coconut aminos, fish sauce, maple syrup, ginger, garlic and green onion. Allow pork chops to marinade overnight if possible.
  2. Grill pork chops.
  3. Warm peas and salt to taste. Serve along with pork chops.
