1 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 cup Walnuts (diced)
4 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Sea Salt
2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


Preheat oven to 375° F.

Combine oats, walnuts hemp seeds, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl, mixing well.

Add coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla, and stir until combined.

Spread out in an even layer on a cookie sheet. Cook for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.


Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
