19 gm Pork cracklings/rinds
2 medium egg Egg
2 tbsp Cashew milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Maple extract
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Coconut oil (for frying)


  1. 1 Place the pork rinds in a blender and pulse until ground into a fine powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine until smooth.
  2. 2 Heat a skillet to medium heat; once hot, add a tablespoon of coconut oil.
  3. 3 Pour ¼ cup batter into the skillet. Fry until golden brown and set, about 2 minutes. Flip and continue to cook until cooked all the way through.
  4. 4 Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining batter. Add more coconut oil as needed.
