1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1/8 cup Soy sauce, tamari
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Honey, raw
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
454 gm Beef, flank, lean (sliced into strips)


1. Whisk together the first 7 ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

2. Add the steak to the bowl, cover, place in the fridge and marinate the steak for about an hour.

3. Remove steak from the marinade and add to a heated pan.

4. Pan fry for about 4 mins per side or until steak is only slightly pink inside.

Serve with a side of - lightly sautéed green beans, or asparagus!
