454 gm Swordfish (about 1 inch thick)
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin (can substitute for vegetable oil)
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 clove(s) Garlic (large, crushed)
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried (leaves)
1 dash Salt
1 dash Black pepper
4 lemon wedge Lemon


Cut fish steaks into 4 serving pieces. Place in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano, pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate, turning fish occasionally, 4 hours.
Remove fish from marinade, reserve marinade. Broil or Grill.
