454 gm Beef, ground (grass-fed, 85% lean)
2/3 cup Tomato-Basil pasta sauce (organic, no sugar added)
1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 large egg Egg (lightly beaten)
1/4 cup chopped Sweet onion
1/4 cup diced Celery (organic)
1 tsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (or Bragg's Liquid Aminos)
1 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper (organic)
1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions


Mix all ingredients and pat into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Serve with 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and 1 cup green beans.
