Ingredients


1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (fresh)
3 clove(s) Garlic
3/4 cup Red kidney beans, canned, drained (drained and rinsed)
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Walnuts

Instructions


Heat olive oil in a pan over medium. Add garlic and sauté until golden-brown.

Place beans, walnuts and garlic in food processor and mix until it looks creamy.

Finely chop cilantro leaves and stir it into the bean mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Can be served warm or cold.
