Mashed Cauliflower with Bone Broth

1 medium head Cauliflower (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
1 scoop (heaping) Bone Broth Protein, Ancient Nutrition, Unflavoured
1 cup Water (boiling)
2 clove(s) Garlic
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 cup Butter, grass fed, unsalted


  1. In a large pot on medium-high heat, add the water and bone broth, whisk until dissolved.
  2. Add cauliflower.
  3. Cover and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes until the cauliflower is until very tender, and you can smash it with your fork.
  4. If you need to add more stock during this time, you can add it. Make sure your pot doesn’t run dry.
  5. Add the garlic cloves and simmer for a few minutes longer (about 5).
  6. Drain the liquid and add all of the remaining ingredients to a food processor, blender or use an immersion blender. Blend to your desired consistency.
  7. Season with salt & pepper, and any other seasoning you like! Enjoy.
