|681 gm||Sweet potato (peeled, cubed)|
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine the sweet potatoes, butter and sea salt in a bowl, making sure to coat evenly.
3. Place in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 40 minutes or until soft, stirring once to ensure even browning.
4. Remove from the oven, place in a bowl and mash with a potato masher, adding more butter if desired.
