1 cup Water (hot)
1/4 cup Macadamia milk (homemade - hot)
1 tsp Matcha, green tea powder
3/4 tsp Maca powder
2 tbsp Collagen peptides (Great Lakes)
1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil (or coconut oil)

Instructions


Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix on high speed for 20 seconds until creamy and frothy. Drink immediately while hot! 

Tip: For a cold matcha "frapp" use cold water and almond milk. Then add ice cubes and blend.
