296 ml Water, filtered (boiled)
1 tsp Matcha, green tea powder
1 tbsp coconut milk powder
1/2 tsp Reishi mushroom powder (can sub with contents of mushroom capsule)
1 tsp MCT oil
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (optional)

Instructions


Place all contents into a blender

Blend on low-medium speed for 20-30 seconds to incorporate air to make a foamy latte
