2 tbsp | Soy sauce, tamari |
1 tbsp | Sesame oil |
1 tbsp | Maple syrup |
1 tsp | Granulated garlic |
2 tsp | Matcha, green tea powder |
1 fillet | Sockeye (red) salmon, raw |
Prepare the marinade by combining the tamari, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic powder and matcha in a small bowl. Pour marinade over salmon in a bowl or plastic bag.
Allow to marinade for 30 minutes- 1hour
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cover baking tray with aluminum foil to keep in the moisture
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked in the center. Cook time will depend on the thickness of your fillet.
