1. Soak chia seeds in a nut milk of your choice (almond, cashew and coconut are great options) for approximately 15-30 minutes
2. Blend together chia mixture with cacao, agave, vanilla and cinnamon
3. Divide into 4 portions
4. Top with pineapple mixture: toss pineapple, mint and cayenne together
5. Serve and enjoy
