Ingredients


1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1 tbsp Honey, raw
1 cup diced Pineapple
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Mint, fresh (chopped)

Instructions


1. Soak chia seeds in almond milk for approximately 15 minutes
2. Blend together chia mixture, cacao, honey, vanilla and cinnamon
3. Divide into 4 portions
4. Top with pineapple mixture: toss pineapple, mint and cayenne together
5. Serve and enjoy
