1 can drained Tuna, albacore, flaked, canned in water
1 avocado(s) Avocado
1 medium Carrots (chopped)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Dill, dried
1 dash Paprika, smoked

Instructions


  1. In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado.
  2. Add the carrots, dill, lemon juice, and smoked paprika and mix well.
  3. Serve on a whole wheat slice of toast or over a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
