Ingredients


2 tbsp Barbecue sauce
4 medium Carrots (sliced)
1/4 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Hummus
6 mini meatball(s) Meatballs, frozen
2 bun Mini sandwich bun

Instructions


Bake meatballs according to package instructions. Allow to cool.

Slice sandwich buns open. Place 3 meatballs along bun, top with BBQ sauce and shredded cheese as desired.

Serve with sliced carrot and hummus.
