1 1/2 cup Spelt, cooked
1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained (drained)
1 can (13.5 oz) Artichoke hearts, canned (drained)
1 cup Frozen green peas
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Marinara pasta sauce
1 dash Black pepper
1 tsp Oregano, dried

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 375F (191C).
  2. Mix all ingredients together and place in a medium casserole dish.
  3. Place in the oven, on the top rack, uncovered, and bake for about 30 – 35 minutes, until golden brown and heated through.
  4. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
