5 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 medium Carrots (halved lengthwise and thinly sliced)
1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained (drained, rinsed)
1/4 cup Dill, fresh
1/2 cup Dried cherries
6 cup Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)

In a large bowl, toss the mesclun, carrots, chickpeas, cherries, and dill with the vinaigrette.
