1/4 cup Black beans, canned (drained, rinsed)
1/2 cup Egg white
2 tbsp Salsa, ready-to-serve
1/4 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1 medium Navel orange

Instructions


Scramble 3 egg whites with black beans (rinsed and drained) and chopped red pepper.

Top with 2 tablespoons salsa, and your favourite fruit.
