|1/4 cup||Black beans, canned (drained, rinsed)|

|2 tbsp||Salsa, ready-to-serve|
|1/4 medium pepper(s)||Red bell pepper (chopped)|

1. Add 1/2 cup egg whites to a pan on medium-high heat. Add rinsed and drained black beans and chopped red pepper.
2. Scramble the egg whites with black beans and red pepper until cooked.
3. Remove from pan and place into a serving bowl.
4. Top with 2 tablespoons salsa, and your favourite fruit.
