Mexican Egg Scramble and Fruit

1/2 cup Egg white
1/4 cup Black beans, canned (drained, rinsed)
1/4 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp Salsa, ready-to-serve
1 medium Navel orange (sliced)


  1. Add egg whites to a pan on medium-high heat. Add rinsed and drained black beans and chopped red pepper.
  2. Scramble the egg whites with black beans and red pepper until cooked. 
  3. Remove from pan and place into a serving bowl. 
  4. Top with salsa, and orange. Enjoy!
