1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a nonstick skillet. Sauté all vegetables with garlic, a dash of cayenne pepper, and ¼ tbsp dried basil.
2. Add turkey and cook until it browns. Drain thoroughly.
3. Add salsa and black beans and warm through. Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce, if desired.
4. Serve over mixed green salad.
