1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 medium Banana (s)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Water (or milk)
1/4 cup Walnuts (5-6 walnuts)


  1. Add avocado, banana, blueberries and whey protein powder to your blender. 
  2. Next, add your water and blend everything until smooth. 
  3. Add your walnuts last and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
