Mineral-Rich Sipping Broth

1 medium leek(s) Leek (white and light-green parts only, sliced in half moons)
1 bunch Curly kale (destemmed & coarsely chopped)
171 gm Shiitake mushrooms, raw (sliced)
6 cup Bone broth, Organic (traditional, slow-simmered chicken bone broth, or store bought organic)
1/4 cup Tahini
2 tbsp Miso paste, white
1 gm Humic Minerals (1/2 tsp, or any trace mineral supplement)
1 dash Celtic sea salt (to taste, or any unrefined salt)


  1. Toss all the vegetables into a medium stock pot, and then pour in the chicken broth. Cover the pot, and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Turn down the heat to medium-low, and continue simmering the broth and vegetables until the kale wilts and turns bright green, about 8 minutes.
  2. Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the tahini, miso and trace mineral supplement. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Salt the sipping broth as you like it, and serve it warm.
