Ingredients


1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 tbsp Honey mustard
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Miso paste
1 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


Mince the garlic and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine ingredients and whisk together. Add garlic. Pour marinade over salmon and let sit for 30 minutes before cooking.

For chicken and tofu, allow the marinade to coat for 2-24 hours for greater flavor.
