1 cup Red lentils, raw
1 cup Green lentils, raw
1 can (19oz) Whole tomato, canned
1 can(s) (13.5 oz) Coconut milk
539 gm Water
1 onion(s) Sweet onion (chopped)
3 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (chopped)
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 tsp Turmeric, powder
3 tsp Curry powder
1 sprig Cilantro (coriander)

Instructions


Chuck all the ingredients into the slow cooker.

Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

Serve with rice and sprinkle with fresh coriander if you remember.
