1/4 cup slices | Strawberries |
1/4 cup | Blueberries |
1/4 cup | Raspberries |
1/4 cup | Blackberries |
1 tbsp | Mint, fresh (Chopped) |
1. Prep your berries by soaking them in a vinegar or produce wash solution for a few minutes.
2. Remove them from your wash solution and pat them dry.
3. Slice your strawberries and place them in a bowl. Add your blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and fresh chopped mint.
4. Stir with a spoon and serve immediately. Store in an air-tight container in your fridge for up to a week.
Quick Tips:
Always buy organic if possible. Frozen is okay too.
Quantities are at your discretion, as are the types of berries you use.
If you are using this as a dessert on a protein day fast, have it right after dinner.
For added flavour, add 1 lime, juiced.
