Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

3/4 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
1 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 dash Vanilla extract, pure
1 pinch Sea Salt
1/3 cup slices Strawberries
1/3 cup Blueberries
1 dash Lemon peel (zest)


In a Mason jar or bowl, add oats, Greek yogurt, hemp hearts, vanilla extract and sea salt. Stir to combine.

Stir in ¼ cup strawberries and ¼ cup blueberries. Top with remaining strawberries, blueberries and lemon zest.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Tip: Thin with unsweetened almond milk if desired
