1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (any flavour)
1 medium Banana
1/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.
1 cup Frozen berries (with dark cherries)
1/4 cup Kale (frozen, chopped)
1 scoop ND Shake Women, Orange Naturals

Instructions


Pour almond milk into a blender.

Add all other ingredients.

Blend until smooth.
