50 gm Sprouted lentils
50 gm Leek sprouts
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/4 cup Brazil nuts

Instructions


Rinse sprouts and place in a bowl.

Drizzle lemon juice over the sprouts.

Halve the avocado and scoop bite sized pieces of avocado into the salad.

Season generously with salt and pepper, and top with brazil nuts.
