Mochaccino Chia Breakfast Pudding

1 can(s) (13.5 oz) Coconut milk, sweetened
1/4 cup Chia seeds, ground
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Cacao powder, raw
1 tbsp Greens supplement, cappuccino flavour
3 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1/4 cup halves Strawberries (mashed)
2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips


Shake can of coconut milk before opening. This will help mix up the good fats that may have solidified.

Combine coconut milk with chia seeds and water in a medium size bowl. Let sit overnight or for a few hours until it becomes pudding-like.

Mix in raw cacao powder, greens+ extra energy and maple syrup.

Give it a taste test and you can decide at this point how sweet you want it to be. Add more maple syrup if need be.

Top with mashed strawberries and chocolate chips!
