1 3/4 cup | Almond Flour |
1 tsp | Baking soda |
1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/2 cup | Walnuts (chopped) |

1/4 cup | Olive Oil, Extra Virgin (light flavour) |
1/4 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened |
2 packette | Stevia sweetener, powder |
Preheat oven to 350.
Line muffin trays with cupcake holders.
Combine all wet ingredients and add mashed bananas when mixed.
Combine all dry ingredients in separate bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir.
Using a small ladel, portion batter into cups just below the brim.
Bake for 25 mins (option to perform a toothpick check).
Let cool in trays for 5 minutes and then transfer to rack or plate. Makes approx. 18 muffins.
