1/2 cup | Frozen spinach (buy chopped, frozen) |

1/2 cup cubes | Avocado (1/2 med avocado is fine) |
1 medium | Navel orange (peeled) |
1 tsp minced | Ginger root (can buy ginger paste) |
Place ingredients, in order of appearance, into blender jug. Blend on high until completely smooth. Add additional cold water or crushed ice, if necessary, for consistency. Pour into glass or take-along cup and sip. Makes 1-2 servings.
