Ingredients


2 cup Coconut milk, sweetened (Use full fat, organic)
1 cup Blueberries (use wild, frozen)
1/2 cup Frozen spinach (buy chopped, frozen)
1/4 cup Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 cup cubes Avocado (1/2 med avocado is fine)
1 medium Navel orange (peeled)
1 tsp minced Ginger root (can buy ginger paste)

Instructions


Place ingredients, in order of appearance, into blender jug.  Blend on high until completely smooth.  Add additional cold water or crushed ice, if necessary, for consistency.  Pour into glass or take-along cup and sip.  Makes 1-2 servings.
