1/2 cup Almond milk, chocolate, unsweetened, Blue Diamond (ou autre lait))
1 green onion (stem) Green onion (tranchés)
1 cup Mexican cheese blend
1 large Tomato (asperges; champignons) ((asperges; champignons) que vous avez sous la main))
2 medium slice Bacon (tranches)

Instructions


  1. Pré chauffer le four à 350 F
  2. Casser les oeufs dans un bol avec le lait et mélanger.
  3. Déposer dans moule à muffin huilé : Champignons, asperges ou autres légumes, bacon, oignons verts et fromages
  4. Faire cuire au four à350 F pendant environ 12 à 15 minutes.
