Mushroom Bomb Lentil Pasta

Ingredients


284 gm Pasta, gluten free, dry
3 tbsp Truffle oil
454 gm Cremini (Italian) mushroom (choice of mixed mushrooms)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
1 cup White wine, dry
1 pinch Sea salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions


Cook pasta in boiling water, according to package directions. Rinse and drain pasta.

While pasta is cooking, heat truffle oil in a large sauté pan and add mushrooms, garlic, and thyme. Sauté for 3 minutes.

Add white wine and continue sautéing for an additional 5 minutes to reduce liquid and make a more concentrated sauce.

Add cooked pasta to mushroom mixture and toss together. Season as desired. Serve immediately.
