Ingredients


1/2 medium Banana (peeled)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (fresh)
2 1/2 cup Mango (frozen)
1 cup Milk, fat-free (skimmed)
1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt, 2-4% M.F.

Instructions


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
