1/4 tsp Black pepper
3 medium Egg
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
5 gm Granulated sugar (1 tsp)
10 jumbo Olives (jumbo) (sliced)
4 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
8 tomato Plum tomatoes (halved)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 can (15oz) White beans, canned (drained and rinsed)
2 can drained White tuna, canned in oil, drained (pressed with fork)
2 tbsp Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Yellow mustard


Boil eggs hard for 15 minutes, cool them and cut into 8 parts.

Put tuna, eggs, olives, tomatoes, beans and lettuce in a bowl. Whisk Dijon mustard, garlic, sugar, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and stir or toss to coat with the dressing.

Separate on 4 serving plates.
