1 cup | Almonds, raw |
1 cup | Dates (pitted) |
1/2 cup | Walnuts |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
6 cup | Apple (chopped; with skin) |
1/4 cup | Maple syrup |

1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/4 tsp | Nutmeg, ground |
1/2 tsp | Ginger, ground |
2 gm | AGAR POWDER ((1 tsp)) |
1. Prepare crust by placing almonds and dates into food processor and blend until they have made a dough that will press together, but still has small pieces
2. Press crust dough evenly into bottom of pie pan.
3. Wash apples and remove any bad spots with a sharp knife.
4. Add water and agar to a medium-sized pot and whisk to ensure no clumps in the agar.
5. Add apples and other filling ingredients.
6. Bring pot to a low boil while stirring.
7. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
8. Remove from heat. Pour apple mixture on top of pie crust and spread evenly across pan.
9. Add chopped walnuts or cinnamon to the top.
10. Share with your loved ones. Enjoy!
