No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients


2 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F. (doesn't have to be 2%)
1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 cup Quick oats
1/2 cup Coconut, shredded
1/2 cup Peanut butter, smooth
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol

Instructions


Combine the following ingredients in a Saucepan:

- sugar
- milk
- butter
- cocoa

Boil for 1 minutes. Remove from heat.

Mix in:

- rolled oats
- flaked or shredded coconut
- peanut butter
- vanilla

Drop onto wax paper and cool in refrigerator.

Oh and try not to eat them all in one sitting. 🙂

Note:

Can use coconut flakes instead of shredded coconut.
