1 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips, vegan
1/3 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/3 cup Maple syrup
1/2 cup Peanut butter, natural (or other nut butter, tahini, pumpkin)
1 cup Rolled oats, dry


In a bowl mix together oats, coconut and ground flax.

Combine with nut or seed butter and maple syrup. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
