1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, Leave the water for last step.
2. Once all ingredients are combined, add water and let it form into a ball.
3. Use a silicone mold or a baking sheet to form bars or a muffin tin to make circular cookies, try to make at least 12-16 pieces.
4. Place in the freezer to get hard, and store in air tight container in the freezer afterward.
5. Eat while cold! Enjoy
