No Bake happy Belly Bars (Cinnamon roll)

These are no bake cookies that are great for a snack, grab a couple and enjoy. Great for digestion

Ingredients


57 gm Allulose (granulated)
4 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
4 tbsp Almond butter
29 gm Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla ((2 scoops))
4 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
2 tsp Cinnamon
4 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/4 cup Water
4 tbsp Pecans ((optional))

Instructions


1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, Leave the water for last step.

2. Once all ingredients are combined, add water and let it form into a ball. 

3. Use a silicone mold or a baking sheet to form bars or a muffin tin to make circular cookies, try to make at least 12-16 pieces. 

4. Place in the freezer to get hard, and store in air tight container in the freezer afterward. 

5. Eat while cold! Enjoy
