|1 cup||Rolled oats, dry|
|1/2 cup||Sunflower seed butter|
|1 scoop||Whey protein powder, chocolate|
|1/2 cup||Dark chocolate chips|
|4 date pitted||Medjool date|
|3 tbsp hulled||Hemp seeds, shelled|
|1 tbsp||Cocoa powder, unsweetened|
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Might need to shift the ingredients a few times and blend further to be sure everything is combined properly.
2. Dump blended contents onto counter and shape into balls.
3. They can be enjoyed as a protein ball or flatten between your palms for easy on the go protein cookies.
