|1 medium tortilla(s)||Whole wheat tortilla|
|1 tbsp||Tomato pizza sauce, canned|
|1/8 cup, shredded||Mozzarella cheese, partially skimmed (or marble cheese)|
|1/8 medium pepper(s)||Red bell pepper (diced)|
|5 slice||Low Fat Turkey Pepperoni (or one pepperette)|
Lay the tortilla flat and down the centre squeeze or spread tomato sauce along the centre.
Sprinkle shredded cheese, peppers and place the pepperette on top.
Fold in the short side of the tortilla toward the pepperette to seal the ingredients from spilling out. Then roll the tortilla into a tight wrap.
Eat with your hands or slice into bite sized, "sushi" rolls.
