Ingredients


355 ml Water
1 cup Spinach
2 medium Banana
1/4 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled

Instructions


Peel bananas and wash spinach.  Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth!  Best if cold so use frozen fruit or add 1/3 cup ice and blend.
