No-Sugar Candida Coleslaw

Ingredients


1 cup Red cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 cup Green cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 medium Radish (grated)
1/2 tsp Celery seed
1/4 cup Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F.
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 packette Stevia sweetener, powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions


1. In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, radish and celery seed, set aside.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, stevia, salt and pepper until evenly incorporated

3. Pour yogurt mixture over cabbage mixture, toss to combine.
