Ingredients


1 1/2 cup Walnuts
1 cup pitted Dates
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 dash Ginger, ground
1 dash Salt
1 cup Apple, dried

Instructions


  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and chop until a paste is formed, but pieces of walnuts, apples, and dates are still visible. 
  2. Check to see if the mixture binds together. If not, add a couple more dates.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an 8 x 8–inch pan lined with wax paper. Press down evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then cut it into eight bars. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
